DOCUMENTARY: Ryan Leslie presents "BLACK MOZART" (Full 25 Minute Documentary)
As both an artist and a producer, I've always appreciated the fact Ryan Leslie always finds new ways to brings you to his world whether through his studio vlogs or his daily life vlogs. So I think this documentary was the only natural next step for me. And as a fan, I enjoyed every minute. From the team staff meetings, to the nights out in Vienna, To those magic moments in the studio, and the overall satisfaction on everyones faces. "Black Mozart" might be Ryan's biggest album yet, and so far from what I heard, its really really good. I'm definitely putting it on "to watch" list ~alx.O

I've never heard of this Michigan based producer, Sango but this song is really good. I enjoyed this very much. It has great feel to it. ~alx.O

I really feel like Stalley is starting to really find himself with this new project "Honest Cowboy". "A-Wax" is definitely a win. ~alx.O

First time I hear anything from this dude, but he's pretty dope. This track has an incredibly entrancing feel to it, I really like. ~alx.O

MUSIC NEWS: Kanye West Providing Chicago With “Got Bars” Music Program
Kanye West’s nonprofit organization Donda’s House will launch a 10-week program for youth in Chicago between the ages of 15-24. The music production and writing program titled Got Bars will occur on the South side of the city this Fall. The Got Bars program is to serve as another resource to keep the youth in the community from the spreading violence in the city. Donnie Smith, the wife of Assistant Director and rapper Che Rhymefest Smith, will oversee the program. Rhymefest will assist his wife in the programs development Rhymefest who recently ran for Alderman in the city stated, “I am so happy to launch “Got Bars” to honor Kanye West’s mother’s memory and to fulfill one of my aldermanic campaign goals”. For the past couple of years I've had this love/hate relationship with Lupe's music. In my opinion, he just hasn't been able to surpass what he already did with "The Cool" album. However, there have been these jewels of songs that have slipped through cracks and I greatly applaud him for them. Really great songs and really great messages. Of those jewels, a few are actually in this video. And now after watching it, I applaud him once again for the video. It has a powerful message and is very purposeful in its use of perspective. I think videos like these plant the seeds we need for a better future. ~alx.O
