Great interview. There was just such a wealth of information given in this interview. 50 cent remains, in my opinion, one of the smartest cats in the rap game hands down. ~alx.O

NEW MIXTAPE: "Trial & Error" Mixtape by Justin Mass

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

I wasn't always a fan of his music but this project might just change that for the future. I really liked the project as a whole. I found it fresh and I loved the energy level on all the tracks. Definitely someone to keep ya eye's on, I have a feeling it's only gonna get better. And also on a personal shameless self promotional note, be sure to check out track 8 "Hold Me Back" prod by me, I love the song but I'd really like to hear some feedback. Let me know what you guys think. ~alx.O

NEW VIDEO: 50 Cent "The Funeral"

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

I am really liking how 50 is sounding on this record. It feels very reminiscent of when he first blew up with "Get Rich or Die Trying". It has a very similar feel but also carries itself in a very modern way. If the rest of the album sounds as hard as this track, I think "Animal Ambition" might just be that next big album for 50 cent. Guess we'll just have to wait and watch. ~alx.O

NEW MUSIC: CyHi The Prynce - "Napoleon"

I still remain that Cyhi Da Prynce is tremendously underrated. The bars in this track are ridiculous. ~alx.O

NEW MUSIC: Romeo Santos feat. Drake - Odio

For the most part, I tend always expect great things from both artist individually, so naturally when I saw this I had some pretty high hopes. And of course without fail, the song is fucking dope. Makes me wanna dance some raunchy ass bachata with a big booty equestrian type spanish chick. ~alx.O

VIDEO: Choir Sings A Tribute To Nelson Mandela In The Form Of A Flash Mob

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

It still surprises me how impacted I was by the death of Nelson Mandela. It has invoked within me many harsh yet beautiful moments of reflection. And in those moments of reflection, in some strange way I see myself, not as a single man, but as a man among an ocean of men and women with the all capacity of greatness. A capacity that is ready within reach should we ever decide to acknowledge it. And I believe that is the message that Nelson Mandela dedicated his life to sharing, that we are all capable of greatness, and that it is our responsibility as human beings to always reach for it, even when we are reaching alone. Because when we reach for the greatness that is our god given gift, we inspire others to do the same. And in doing so, we create a better world for everyone. Although gone, his memory and legacy will live forever in his message. R.I.P. Nelson Mandela. ~alx.O

INTERVIEW: Unreleased 2002 Kanye West Interview with MTV

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

I found this to be very interesting. It crazy how everything he said he would do, he actually did. It's crazy how young he looks and acts, this is Kanye before being beat up by fame. Makes you almost want to go back and stop him from making some of the mistakes he would later make, stop him from moving California, and just try to prevent all the bad shit that happened. But that is life, and footage like this is testament to why you gotta always strive for something greater, because yes Kanye has gone through  and done some crazy shit but despite all that he will still go down in history as one the most influential people in music history, ever. And he always knew it. ~alx.O
